 is the President of the Management Board of Concordia Espirito Santo Investment Ltd. and specializes in structuring and executing M&A transactions. He advised Agros Holding, France Telecom, Group Santander, Pernod Ricard and Prumerica. In 1990-96, as a founding partner of London-based Central Europe Trust Co. Ltd he advised the Polish Ministry of Privatisation on company sales to Jacobs Suchard, Bahlsen KG, United Biscuits and co-managed IPOs of Stomil Olsztyn and Stalexport. In 1985-89 he worked with Booz Allen & Hamilton, an American strategy consulting firm, in Paris and London for governments of France, Great Britain and New Zealand and corporations such as France Telecom, US West, RTL, IBM, Digital Equipment Corporation.
