On the back of the extensive experience of the Project Finance team of ES Investment, we now offer advisory services in this area, namely:
- Development and application of the public to private partnership concept, being able to simultaneously optimize the usage of public resources, the quality of services rendered and its control by the public sector, and
- Optimization of the financial structure of investment projects under non-recourse and limited-recourse financing, by including other contractual models, concessions and public to private partnerships.
Our local offer of advisory services is complemented by broad range of financial products offered by the London and Lisbon offices, and thus we are capable of offering our clients a full spectrum of financial options - namely senior & subordinated debt, quasi-equity and equity (limited geographically and in terms of sectors) equity-linked products and hedging/risk mitigation. |
