1996-98
MC Securities - was a private Swiss investment bank established in 1995 in London and
Geneva. Its CEO was Hans Jorg Rudloff, a former Vice-President of Credit Suisse First
Boston. It has set up brokerage houses in London, Paris, Prague and Moscow.
Moreover, MC Securities owned an asset management company, MC Trustco in Geneva. MC Securities
was a co-founder of Concordia in Warsaw in 1996 and was acquired by ING in 1998.

1998-99
Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette - is an American investment bank listed on the
New York stock exchange and specialising in debt instruments and high-yield bonds.
Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette signed an agreement on exclusive cooperation with Concordia in 1998. Donaldson Lufkin Jenrette worked
on the launch of the Polish telecommunication company, Netia S.A., on the New York
stock exchange and the issue of Stalexport S.A. bonds. In 2000, the bank was
acquired by Credit Suisse First Boston.

2005-09
Espirito Santo Investimento - is a Portuguese investment bank that belongs to
the Banco Espirito Santo group listed on the Lisbon stock exchange and running its
branches in Lisbon, London, Madrid, New York, Paris, Sao Paulo and Warsaw. In 2006,
Espirito Santo Investimento established the Concordia Espirito Santo Investment joint venture with Concordia
in order to start the operation of the Group in Poland. In 2008, Espirito Santo Investimento opened a
brokerage house and in 2009 acquired Concordia's shares in the joint venture.
